Welcome to Housing Plus Group

Housing Plus Group was formed in October 2016 by a merger between Severnside Housing and Housing Plus and now provides homes and services to customers across Shropshire and Staffordshire.

With 12,000 apartments, houses, bugalows, flats and 600 employees the Housing Plus Group is a significant midlands employer, purchaser and business partner whilst providing homes and services for communities across the two counties. 

The Housing Plus Group includes social landlords Severnside Housing in Shropshire, the South Staffordshire Housing Association; a commercial landlord, Severn Homes; and Care Plus which provides domicilliary care services and manages retirement communities including sheltered and extra care apartments. Property maintenance and improvement is provided for the group's properties by Property Plus and AW Electrical.
