Other privacy notices

A number of the organisations we work with require us to make you aware of their Privacy Notices:

  • When we allocate a home to someone, we have to collect information about the household and property which is passed to the Government for research purposes. This is known as CORE data and it is a regulatory requirement that housing associations need to do this. The Government have issued a Privacy Notice setting out how this information is used, what your rights are and who to contact if you have any questions. There are different versions for homes allocated before and after 25th May 2018.
  • The Group is participating in the Government’s Voluntary Right to Buy pilot and there are two Privacy Notices for this.
  • We collect and process data about employees and there is a specific Privacy Notice for this.
  • We collect and process data about applicants of employment and there is a specific Privacy Notice for this.
  • There is an Easy Read version of your Data Protection Rights and our main Privacy Notice for information.
