Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to enable tenants to scrutinise our performance and give us insight about where we can improve. Our latest results are now available.

Damp and condensation mould – see it, report it

We take a proactive approach to identifying and tackling damp and condensation mould.

We have launched a See it, report it campaign and made it easier to do that online or by calling us on 0800 048 8955. We respond within two working days to arrange a visit, which should take place no later than seven working days after we receive the report.

A new priority repairs team has been introduced to prioritise any repairs or other work that is needed to address damp and condensation mould.
