Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is a key focus for our Group and we want all our stakeholders to have a sense of openness and belonging when interacting with us.

As we move forward following our merger, we are developing new strategies that place equality, diversity and inclusion at their heart. In the meantime, our existing commitments and approaches will remain in place as we continue this important work.

Our new EDI strategy will be available in June 2026.
