Handover of affordable homes in Staffordshire 

We partnered with Persimmon Homes West Midlands to deliver 24 properties for affordable rent and shared ownership at its Horton’s Keep @ Burleyfields development. They include a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes, aimed at helping local people access secure, energy-efficient housing in this popular area.

Lee Perry, Technical Director at Persimmon West Midlands, and Charlotte Cartlidge, Project Manager at Housing Plus Group, visited the site to mark the handover.
