Our homes

With over 33,000 homes across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin, we believe everyone deserves a safe, comfortable and affordable place to live. That’s why we create places people are proud to call home.

We offer our customers a range of different homes, including:

• Homes for social and affordable rent
• Low-cost home ownership
• Homes to let at market rent
• Homes for outright sale – revenue received from sales supports us to build more affordable housing
• Housing with care – including the Sandford Nursing Home, retirement living homes and supported housing for adults with learning disabilities
• Other ways to help people get on the housing ladder such as rent-to-buy
