Listening to Customers: CX Feedback Launching Soon
We’re making it easier for customers to share their views with us. This month, we’re launching CX Feedback, a new digital survey platform designed to help us understand what matters most to our customers.
Customers will receive a short text message from an official Housing Plus Group address, inviting them to opt in or out of the service. It’s quick, secure, and also gives customers the chance to update their contact details so we can stay in touch more effectively.
The message will look like this story’s image when it arrives, and we want to reassure customers: it’s not a scam. If they are happy to take part, customers can simply follow the link in the message to confirm their preferences.
