The Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) scheme helps customers find information about how housing associations are run, how decisions are made, how money is spent, how services are performing and how customers can get involved. Our care and support services are independently reviewed and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England. The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates services to help make sure they provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.

We keep a range of records to help us keep homes safe, well maintained and compliant with safety standards. Some information is available on request, although details relating to individual homes can only be shared with the customer living there.
