Please note: this form should not be used to report anti-social behaviour or problems with your neighbours. To report anti-social behaviour or problems with you neighbours please contact your neighbourhood officer or use our online form. To report a non-emergency repair for the first time please use our online form.

It may take us longer than we would like to respond to your complaint. We understand the frustration and disappointment that delays can cause and apologise if you are having to wait longer than usual.
