Celebrating Women in Construction week (2-8 March) 

Kerry began her career in construction and worked her way up through the ranks to become Director of Development, overseeing our design and build projects, a role she has held for five years. 

We caught up with her to find out what challenges she has faced in the industry and how important she feels it is to support female progression in the workplace.
