Housing Plus Group completes landmark £2.5m regeneration scheme in Telford
Housing Plus Group has completed a £2.5 million regeneration scheme in Telford, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to investing in communities and delivering high-quality affordable homes across the region
The development, at the Ley in Dawley, has replaced five ageing bungalows with 16 new, energy-efficient homes for social rent, including a specially adapted property designed to meet specific accessibility needs.
Delivered in partnership with R1 Construction, the scheme provides a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom bungalows, helping to meet growing demand for high-quality, affordable homes in Telford and Wrekin.
A significant milestone for the development has been the allocation of the purpose-built adapted bungalow to an Armed Forces veteran, ensuring they have a home tailored to their individual needs and enabling them to continue living independently within their local community.
