Improving the customer experience

We have created a new directorate dedicated to improving the customer experience.

This new directorate puts customers first, prioritising your experience and how it can be improved.

This coupled with our new Service Improvement Committee, which focuses on all customer involvement and feedback, is already helping us to improve the customer experience.

The Service Improvement Committee was created to review complaints, learn from feedback and take actions to improve the experience of our customers.

The work of the committee has resulted in the introduction of three policies that have been created or reviewed in consultation with customers: pest control, tree management and compensation.
