Complaints process survey prize draw terms & conditions:

The prize draw is open to invited tenants and services users of The Housing Plus Group Limited and subsidiaries that respond to the prize draw element of the survey that the Group is running about its formal complaints procedure as detailed in the email above.

One entry is allowed per person per survey. One winner will be drawn at random from valid entries received before 23.59 on 5th June 2020. No liability will be accepted for entries not received due to computer failure or failure by the Group or its employees.

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Group reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Group reserves the right to not award a prize.

The Group reserves the right to exclude any entries which the Group in its sole discretion deems inappropriate or an attempt to manipulate the survey and/or prize draw. By entering this prize draw you agree that the Group may store and use the data you provide for the purposes of completing the prize draw and can contact you via email and post in relation to the prize draw.

In entering, you agree to be bound by the decisions of the Group in relation the prize draw and that no correspondence will be entered into about any such decisions. These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Group, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible to you, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the prize draw.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud. These terms and conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions.

If any paragraph or part of a paragraph of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant paragraph or part of a paragraph shall be deemed deleted.

Any modification or deletion of a paragraph or part of a paragraph of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
